UCB Group established and built their new CNC machining division at UCB Technometal, located in Czech Republic. It is focused on the CNC machining of finished and semifinshed parts, using technologies turning and milling.

     The first phase of the project completed was a new production facility with a production area of 1,000 m2 which includes all machinery and a measurement laboratory. The area is located on land 10,000m2 which will allow for fast future expansion.
     This facility manufactures final parts according to customer drawings and specification for general mechanical engineering applications in many industrial sectors. We specialize primarily in the machining of flanges, labyrinths, sliding bushes and machinery rails, non-standard pulleys, various parts of pumps, crane wheels and mechanical seals.
     The facility offers CNC machining of all materials from our sales range – semi-finished products and castings in all grades of UNIBAR cast iron and non-ferrous metals (bronze, brass and copper).
     This machining division also has its own manufacturing department.  All construction works are carried out in CAD-CAM software Solidworks.
    Additional customer service can include laser marking of the parts, customized packaging and manual washing of parts. All services are realized at a high level according to the highest standards of ISO 9001:2015.
