UCB Technometal, s.r.o. has a fully certified  quality management system according to ISO 9001 and 14001.

     Our machined products are subject to strict ‘in-process’ and final output  inspection. Individual measuring reports are available for each step of production.  All documents are archived and stored in our document  management system Therefore^TM

     To carry out this inspection, we have a Mitutoyo SJ-210 roughness meter, digital height gauges. Muliple calipers, gauges and bespoke gauges to suit all requirements. We mainly use the Mitutoyo gauges, all regularly calibrated and certified in external calibration laboratories.

     We also operate a 3D coordinate measurement system; a Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S9166 CMM machine with a measuring range of 900x1600x800.   We offer this service on request with an automatic 3D probe with detailed output reports, for which it is possible to guarantee an accuracy of up to two microns.

     If required, to ensure further control of the quality of our products and materials, we can provide:

•          magnetic tests (MT)
•          metallographic analyses
•          mechanical tests
